Where do I begin?
Simply reach out to us and we’ll set up an appointment. After the consultation. we’ll lay out a plan that transforms issues into solutions, if so desired. Clients cover all material costs, in addition to consultation fee and fee for work successfully performed.
Is it possible to change the date?
Absolutely! Let us know more than 48 hours before the appointment time. Rescheduling for the same times or days of the week are not guaranteed, so book or rebook as soon as you can. Our calendar fills up quickly.
What is your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations 48 hours before appointment will be refunded. Cancellations 24 hours before appointment can be rescheduled. Anything within 24 hours or “no-shows” are ineligible for a refund.
Can you explain the billing process?
To secure a reservation, we kindly ask for a $100 payment. This payment guarantees a 30 minute slot with Ms Jody and a singular focus on your case!
How do you handle unprofessional clients?
If a client says or does something that goes beyond the case which the client brought, or even hints at the private life of Ms Jody, we reserve the right to terminate relations with said client and reject future services.
Can I learn more about Ms Jody and her practice?
A book telling her amazing yet heart-wrenching story will be out in 2024. Even then, we expect clients to respect her private life and remain professionally focused on his/her. spiritual or healing work.
